* Please fill out ONE application for all three scholarships. OCA will determine elgibilitiy accordingly.
* If you do not receive the letters by then, please send them together accordingly ASAP.
* We will inform only the winners of the 2009 OCA Scholarship. Please do not call the office to get an update.

Depending on applicants' qualifications for any one of OCA's Scholarships Programs, scholarship winners may be announced between June and August. Please make available valid email address or working phone number.
